Most quilts are built for one temperature. This one is built to be moved — light enough to push aside with one hand, breathable enough that heat doesn't pool underneath, and soft enough that you'll want it back.

Washed cotton

The cotton is stonewashed before it's sewn, which strips out the papery stiffness new bedding usually has. It arrives soft rather than needing ten cycles to get there, and it keeps softening.

It's also quiet. No crinkle, no synthetic rustle when you turn over. For something you'll move a dozen times a night, that matters more than it sounds.

Honest about what it is

This is a summer-weight quilt. It isn't a winter comforter and doesn't pretend to be. Use it on its own through the warm months, or layer it under something heavier when the season turns.
