Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your comforter for a full refund.

We'd rather you sleep under it first. Wash it, use it, decide properly —
a comforter you've only seen in the bag isn't a comforter you've tested.
If it isn't right, it isn't right.

To start a return, email savedcallagency@gmail.com with your order number.
We'll send you a prepaid label.

Return shipping is on us. Refunds go back to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days of us receiving the comforter.

Exchanges

Wrong size or wrong color? Same process — email us and we'll swap it.
No restocking fee.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we'll replace it immediately. You don't need to
send the original back.
